We use a number of well known and trusted couriers to deliver our products.
Deliveries are usually made between the hours of 8am and 6pm (except Sunday). However, during busy periods deliveries may take place outside of these times.
Since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic our couriers are operating a contactless delivery service. The driver will knock on your door or ring the doorbell then, upon making verbal contact, stand back to allow you to accept the delivery, keeping to the appropriate social distancing guidelines. The delivery driver will then sign for the delivery on your behalf. This is for your protection and theirs.
If the first attempted delivery is unsuccessful, the courier should automatically attempt to deliver again on the following working day. Should the second attempt be unsuccessful, the parcel will usually be held at the local depot.
Premium Delivery Surcharges
Please note, the fast track and next day delivery options are not available on all products.
When 'next day' is selected and the order is placed before 11am, the order will be despatched that working day. If the order is placed after 11am, or at any time on a non-working day, the order will be shipped the following working day. Bank holidays and weekends are not classed as working days.
When 'fast track' is selected, the order will be despatched in 3 working days.
The estimated despatch time for every product is shown on the website. This is the estimated time to despatch and does not include the relevant delivery time.
Please note, all despatch times and delivery times listed on the website are estimated and not guaranteed. Bank holidays and weekends are not classed as 'working days'. All orders will be despatched based on the longest lead time. We do not offer a split delivery on our orders.
